Hello, dear Reader! My name is Alexey Delovarov, and I am the author of this book. A thinker and entrepreneur, I am 48 years old.
This book is for those who do not yet see clear guidelines for where to move on in life. Perhaps someone has got into a difficult or dead-end situation, as it seems so far.
A «dark streak» overtook me in 2017. «Covered» on all fronts. I’ve been getting out for about three years. The first thing I started with was to give up alcohol and coffee and start reading and listening to books on self-development. As you can see, it helped.
This book is a kind of self-development guide. I tried to compactly include the most necessary information for a quick immersion in this topic, which should help the reader significantly reduce the time spent searching for suitable literature.
This book has a thesis structure. Each chapter of the book is a concise «curriculum» that involves further self-education.
